Accessibility statement

Vouli IQ is used by board members and executives, some of whom use a screen reader, a keyboard, magnification or voice control. This statement covers the public website and the signed-in product at vouliiq.com.

Conformance status

Target: WCAG 2.2 Level AA

Status: Partially conformant

“Partially conformant” means some parts of the content do not yet fully conform to the standard. The known gaps are listed below. This is our own assessment: no independent audit has been carried out yet, and we do not publish a VPAT until one has.

How we test

The component and source checks run on every proposed change, and a failure blocks it. The browser checks run on every update to the live code line and weekly. The figures are what the code repository held on 4 October 2026.

  • Component checks with axe. 210 interface test files render screens and controls with realistic content, drive their key interactions, and run the axe accessibility engine 322 times, requiring zero violations. These run without a real browser, so they cannot measure colour contrast or layout.
  • Public pages in a real browser. 18 public pages, including this one, are loaded in Chromium and checked with axe for serious and critical violations, including colour contrast. Public pages are also checked at widths of 320, 375, 414, 768, 784, 1024 pixels for horizontal scrolling and clipped content, and for keyboard focus hidden behind the cookie banner (WCAG 2.2 success criterion 2.4.11).
  • Static checks of the source. 17 accessibility checks read the source code and the stylesheet: colour contrast of the brand palette and of the light and dark themes on their surfaces, labels tied to form controls, dialog semantics, minimum text size, table semantics, controls that only appear on hover, keyboard access to scrolling regions, and skip links. A further 9 accessibility lint rules (for example, images need alternative text and anything clickable must work from the keyboard) are treated as errors.

Known limitations

  • Signed-in screens at phone width. The signed-in product has not yet been tested in a real browser at phone width, and its screens are checked with axe only outside a browser, so contrast and reflow problems there may not have been caught. The public website is tested at phone width.
  • Languages. The language setting (English, German, French and Hindi) translates the product’s navigation, shared controls and billing screens. Most page content, AI-generated analysis, exported documents and this website are in English only.
  • Offline. Without a network connection the product shows a single offline page. No content or work is available offline; we do not keep copies of your organisation’s pages on the device.
  • No independent audit or user testing yet. We have not yet commissioned an external audit or structured testing with disabled users, so problems that automated checks cannot find may remain.
