Vouli IQ for Slack
Vouli IQ posts the governance events your administrators choose to one Slack channel: an assessment completed, a verdict or compliance posture changed, a risk created or re-rated, a roadmap updated, an evidence pack filed. A message about a pending approval can carry approve, reject, acknowledge and assign buttons.
Add Vouli IQ to Slack
Installing needs a Vouli IQ workspace on the Pro plan or above, and an administrator of that workspace. Sign in, open Settings → Integrations and press Add to Slack. Slack then asks you which channel Vouli IQ may post to.

One permission: incoming-webhook — to post messages to the single channel you pick during installation. Vouli IQ does not read your channels, messages, files or member list, and does not post anywhere else.
How a button press is handled
- Every request from Slack is verified against Slack’s request signature before anything else happens.
- The Slack person who pressed the button must have been linked, by a Vouli IQ administrator, to a member of the workspace. An unlinked Slack person is refused — never treated as someone else.
- The action is checked against that member’s own Vouli IQ permissions and written to the audit log.
What Vouli IQ stores
The Slack workspace’s id and name, the channel you chose, the app’s bot user id, the permission granted, who installed it and when — and the access token and channel address Slack issues, which are stored encrypted and are never shown in the product, logged or exported. Messages contain the event’s title and a short summary.
Removing it
An administrator can press Remove from Slack on Settings → Integrations. Vouli IQ revokes its access token in Slack first and then deletes the installation record; if Slack cannot be reached, nothing is removed and you are told to try again.
