Standard Contractual Clauses

Version 2026-06-01. These clauses authorise transfers of personal data outside the EEA and UK and are incorporated into the Data Processing Agreement.

Applicable modules

The EU Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (Implementing Decision 2021/914), Module Two (controller to processor), apply where you are the controller and Vouli IQ Technologies Private Limited (operating as Vouli IQ) is the processor. Where you act as a processor for your own customers, Module Three applies.

UK transfers

For transfers subject to the UK GDPR, the ICO’s International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU SCCs applies, completed with the parties and details set out in the DPA.

Docking & safeguards

The clauses are supplemented by a transfer-impact assessment and the technical and organisational measures described in the DPA (Section 4). The competent supervisory authority and governing law are those of the controller’s establishment.
