My executives are smart people but most have never been trained on AI. How do you close the skills gap at the leadership level, not just for practitioners?

The question a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) asks.

The short answer

There is a built-in executive AI literacy module — eight topics, four formats including war-games, with before-and-after fluency scores so you can prove learning, not attendance.

The full executive answer

This is one of the areas where we went deepest, because a boardroom platform is useless if the boardroom cannot interrogate it. We ship an Executive AI Literacy & Decision Coaching module (M31) built specifically for non-technical leaders. It covers eight topics — AI fundamentals, AI unit economics, agent threat models, governance, data strategy, change and adoption, risk and compliance, and growth AI — in four formats: lessons, simulations, briefings, and war-games. It is deterministic and reproducible, not AI-generated fluff.

Two design choices matter for you. First, every literacy item records a fluency score before and after, on a one-to-five scale, so you can evidence learning outcomes rather than attendance — that is Kirkpatrick level two and beyond, measured in the product. Second, the module includes a coaching-prompt library: the questions a seasoned advisor would ask in the moment, like "What decision will this AI actually make, and who is accountable for it?" — so literacy shows up inside real decisions, not just in a classroom.

Current state versus roadmap, honestly: the module, topics, formats and fluency tracking exist and work today. Facilitated executive workshops with me personally are how early customers will run the war-games; a partner-delivered enablement network is roadmap.

Grounded in: Kirkpatrick model (before/after fluency scoring evidences level 2 learning and level 3 behaviour); SFIA for mapping which capabilities each persona needs.
