Paint me the five-year picture. If everything works, what is Vouli IQ in 2031 — and what is my board’s relationship with it?
The question a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) asks.
The short answer
Board portals made the paperwork digital; we make the judgment auditable. Five years out, Vouli IQ is the system of record for how decisions were made — and the decision history it accumulates is the moat.
The full executive answer
In five years, the endgame is that "governed decision intelligence" is a budget line the way "board portal" became one after 2010 — and Vouli IQ is the category-defining system of record for how significant decisions were made, not just what was decided. Today the platform generates diagnostics; the trajectory is from diagnostics to decision infrastructure: every material board decision enters with a machine-assembled evidence pack, leaves with a hash-chained record of the analysis, dissent, cross-model consensus and approvals behind it, and feeds a longitudinal memory the board can interrogate — "show me every assumption we made about that market and how each one aged." That accumulated decision history is also the compounding moat: it cannot be cold-started by a competitor.
The staging is deliberate. Phase one, now: launch, first customers, and the assurance foundation — SOC 2 (the American Institute of CPAs’ security-controls audit) and an external penetration test are the immediate roadmap, because trust is the product. Phase two: depth in regulated markets — the EU and India data-residency cells are already configuration-ready in the codebase and get provisioned when customer demand lands, aligning with GDPR and India’s DPDP Act 2023. Phase three: the platform play — we already ship TypeScript and Python SDKs, signed webhooks and connectors into Slack, Teams and CRM systems, so third parties can build governed decision workflows on our rails rather than us building every module ourselves.
And the honest framing for your board: in 2031 your directors should still be making the decisions — the fiduciary duty never delegates. What changes is that the option analysis, the challenge process and the audit trail are systematic instead of artisanal, which is precisely the direction ISO/IEC 42001 and the corporate-governance codes are pushing: demonstrable, documented oversight of AI in decision-making.
