Walk me through it concretely: my organisation buys this tomorrow. What does the first ninety days of change management actually look like?

The question a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) asks.

The short answer

Five-stage guided journey, a change module with explicit 0-30-90-day phases built on Kotter and ADKAR, team-level adoption evidence by day ninety — plus the founder personally in the room for early customers.

The full executive answer

The platform itself sequences it, through what we call the guided journey — a five-stage spine that turns the sixty-four modules into an order: Set up, Feed data, Diagnose, Direct, then Operate and Deliver. In the first two weeks your team completes setup and the SOVEREIGN diagnostic — eighty-three questions across fifteen dimensions, answered by your own leaders, which doubles as the engagement mechanism because people trust conclusions they helped build.

From the diagnostic, the Change Advisor (M11) generates the ninety-day view directly: its roadmap phases are explicitly staged — preconditions, days zero to thirty, thirty to ninety, and onward to year two and three — with Kotter steps mapped to organisational moves and ADKAR interventions mapped to individuals. Each intervention has a status your programme office tracks: planned, in progress, blocked, completed. The resistance map tells you which teams to invest in first.

In parallel, the adoption analytics (M38) start collecting team-level adoption and sentiment from week one, so by day ninety you have an evidence-based read — thriving, on-track, lagging, or at-risk per team — instead of anecdote. And because I am personally running early-customer onboarding at this stage, you also get me in the room for the executive kick-off and the first literacy war-game. That is a pre-launch reality I would sell as a feature: founding customers get founder attention no later customer will.

Grounded in: Prosci ADKAR (individual interventions) sequenced inside Kotter's 8 steps (organisational arc) — both natively modelled in M11's phased roadmap.
